Carrot Salad

In the continuous search of easy-to-make and cool recipes, one day I found myeslef in a japanese restaurant with this amazing salad. The ingredients are very easy to find and it is easy to prepare, and probably the hardest part is to eat it, for which I recomend you to use chopsticks.

I know the Science magazine publish the 25 open questions to be solved by scientists, but I guess they should add to that list why I always want to eat this salad when summer arrives.
