Pasta al Salmone |
INGREDIENTS: (for 2 people)
- 200 grs of smoked salmon: the better the salmon, the tastier result.
- 250 grs of fusilli: I know I am never very restrictive but this time I strongly recommend you to use this pasta, all the ingredients will get stuck in the pasta spirals!
- 1 zucchini.
- 100ml of cream.
PREPARATION:
- Cook the pasta following the instructions of the package.
- With a coarse-grained grater, gate the zucchini! no knifes allowed! well grated and coarsed.
- Sautée the grated zucchini at medium heat with some olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Add the cream when the zucchini gets tender, usually 3 minutes.
- Cut the smoked salmon.
- When the pasta is ready, mix everything together with some fennel.
