INGREDIENTS
- 200gr of smoked salmon
- 2 large fresh eggs
- Pesto Sauce.
PREPARATION
- Beat the eggs with some salt.
- In a hot pan, cook the eggs as if an omelette. We are trying to obtain a big omelete sheet.
- Once this sheet is cooked and not warm, cover it with the pesto sauce.
- Place the salmon on top of the pesto.
- On top of a base of transparent film, place our omelete-pesto-salmon dish and roll it smoothly making some pressure.
- Be sure that the ends of the “package” we prepared are well closed.
- Place in the fridge for a couple of hours.
- Cut rolls of a couple of centimeters thick.
