You’ll see how this salad is perfect for the warm weather that it is arriving.
INGREDIENTS:
- 3 carrots.
 - 2 clementines.
 - 1 clove of garlic.
 - Fresh Parsley.
 - Salt and pepper.
 
PREPARATION.
- Peel the carrots. With the grater, and for its coarser side, grate the carrots through their longest side, trying to obtain carrot “noodles”
 - Squeeze the juice of the clementines and pour on the carrot noodles.
 - Finely chop the garlic and the parsley. Add salt and pepper to your taste.
 - Let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
