My friend Gingi delighted us with this amazing gintonic. Its main peculiarity is the delicate spicy, exotic and intense flavour obtained from the ginger root. To prepare this gintonic, peel a piece of ginger root, and grate it, allowing the juice and the grated root to go into the serving glass. Add one part of gin (this time we used Bombay Saphire) and two parts of tonic water with some ice.
